Our menu

Blazer stands for a traditional menu with surprising elements. Many of the dishes originate from the classic French brasserie kitchen. Of course, chefs Bas and Max make sure they keep up with the times and alternate these classics with regional and seasonal dishes, although favourites such as the homemade apple pie and the confit de canard are definitely here to stay. These dishes may always be accompanied by nine, varying wines and an extensive variety of specialty beers.
